Which website package should I choose?
Starter ($499) is for a focused, template-based website with up to 5 standard pages. Business ($999) is for an established service business needing up to 10 pages, greater customization, stronger calls to action, and two revision rounds. Custom (from $1,999) is for e-commerce, bookings, memberships, integrations, or other advanced requirements.
What does the $499 Starter package include?
It includes up to 5 standard informational pages, a template-based WordPress design customized with your brand assets, responsive layouts, navigation, contact-form setup, foundational on-page SEO, one consolidated revision round, and basic launch assistance.
What does the $999 Business package include?
It includes up to 10 standard pages, greater design customization, responsive layouts, forms and conversion-focused calls to action, foundational on-page SEO, two consolidated revision rounds, launch assistance, and a basic WordPress handover. Final deliverables are confirmed in writing.
What is not included in the fixed-price packages?
E-commerce, memberships, booking systems, advanced integrations, custom applications, extensive copywriting, custom graphics, premium licenses, hosting, domain registration, ongoing maintenance, and work outside the written scope are quoted separately.
Do I need to provide the website content?
Yes. You should provide approved page text, your logo, suitable images, accurate business details, and required account access before production begins. Copywriting, custom graphics, and paid stock images can be quoted separately.
How do revisions work?
The Starter package includes one consolidated revision round and the Business package includes two. A revision round is one organized list of changes submitted together. New pages, new functionality, a different design direction, or requests outside the agreed scope may require an additional quote.
How long will my website take?
The schedule depends on the selected package, project scope, and how quickly content, access, and feedback are supplied. Your delivery schedule is confirmed before work begins.
What are the monthly care plans?
Essential Care is $49 per month and covers routine WordPress and plugin updates, backups, uptime monitoring, security and performance checks, and a monthly status summary. Growth Care is $149 per month and adds up to one hour of routine content updates, priority support, and a quarterly website review. Care plans require a separate service agreement.
Is hosting or a domain included?
No, unless your written proposal specifically says otherwise. Hosting, domain registration, premium themes, and premium plugin licenses are separate costs.
Will my website work on mobile devices?
Yes. Each package includes responsive layouts reviewed for common mobile, tablet, laptop, and desktop screen sizes.
Does the package guarantee search-engine rankings?
No ethical provider can guarantee a specific ranking. Fixed-price packages include a search-friendly structure and foundational on-page SEO. Ongoing keyword research, content production, link building, and advanced SEO require a separate plan.
