CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

You provide approved, finished page text, your logo, suitable photographs or graphics, accurate business details, and any required account access before production begins. Delays in supplying content or feedback may change the delivery schedule.

NOT INCLUDED

Custom design from a blank canvas, more than 5 pages, e-commerce, memberships, bookings, advanced integrations, custom applications, extensive copywriting, custom graphics, premium themes or plugins, hosting, domain registration, ongoing maintenance, and services outside the written scope are not included.

PROCESS

1. Consultation — We confirm that the Starter package fits your project.
2. Scope and deposit — Pages, deliverables, exclusions, timeline, responsibilities, and payment terms are agreed in writing.
3. Build — Your supplied content is added to the selected WordPress design.
4. Review — You provide one consolidated list of revisions within the included scope.
5. Launch — The approved website is tested and launched.

Final scope and schedule are confirmed before work begins. Projects requiring additional pages or customization should use the Business or Custom package.
